Classes are for all women at any stage of menopause. Also suitable for any level of yoga experience from complete beginner to the more experienced.
Classes can help with lots of common menopause symptoms such as rage and irritability, anxiety, hot flushes, insomnia, fatigue and low mood. We also look at pelvic floor health and building bone strength, both of which are crucial during this stage of life. Come along and join a lovely group of women and have the option to share your own experience of menopause in a safe and supportive space while learning facts about HRT, nutrition, natural remedies and supplements as well as breathing exercises to manage your symptoms.
