Mindful, flowing, yoga suitable for all.
In this weekly immersive 90minute class, we explore classical yoga asanas ( postures ), powerful, flowing dynamic sequences, positive affirmations, pranayama ( breath work ), empowering visualisations, mudras ( gestures ), deep relaxation and meditation.
Dru Yoga can be modified for all abilities, gentle yet deep, bringing a subtle awareness to the deeper aspects of the self through the practices.
