Yoga has become increasingly popular and can be done by anybody. Yoga can reduce stress, release anxiety, help lower blood pressure, protect joints and build strength and balance. It is also common to see people improve spinal health and reduce pain by practicing yoga regularly. Yoga instructor HaiLi has been teaching yoga in various clubs and one to one. She has helped people with disabilities and elder people to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who aren't flexible can safely do the exercises. Yoga is an excellent way for anybody to relax and stretch tight muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
One to one or one to two sessions for trial can be offered.
